1965 Höfner 500/2 Club Bass sunburst
The Club Bass was introduced in late 1964 and has a new body shape but the same parts as it´s predecessor, the 500/1 violin bass made famous by Paul McCartney and others.
Very Good condition, 7.5/10, Made in Germany, has a serial number stamped on top of the headstock done by the Swedish importer Muskantor and the number 365 means that the bass arrived at their warehouse in March 1965, no repairs but lots of little dents in the finish, including worn original black hardcase with green lining, all original parts, the pot code is 464 (46th week of 1964), narrow control panel
