1970´s Roost SR-22 100W head

Good condition, 6/10, Made in the UK at Roost Sound Equipment Ltd in Southend-On-Sea, 100W and PCB-board, single channel, great stoner rock amp with good crunch and deep mids, according to a sticker on the back this head was imported by MUEX Musikexperten Hässleholm Sweden, the black tolex is coming loose all around and should be adressed, probably due to dry glue, the amp has been modded with a switch to go between 50W and 100W, For sale here is a South End era (ie the quality era) Roost SR22 100 Watt head, Tone wise this is same territory as Sound City 100 Mk3 or Hiwatt DR103 with master volume control at about half the price. Build quality is about on par with Mk3 Sound City, much better than the MK4 or later Leeds built Roost amps.
