The Blackstar HT Studio 20 Combo is a compact 20-watt tube guitar amplifier from the HT Venue series. It has 2 channels (clean & overdrive) and built-in digital reverb effects. It's equipped with two ECC83 tubes in the preamp and two EL34 tubes in the power amp. They produce a warm, dynamic sound at a volume loud enough for intimate performances. As its name suggests, the HT Studio 20 is a versatile combo amp that's ideal for use in the studio. It's portable, easy to use and has a fantastic sound to boot! Blackstar HT Studio 20 Combo: versatile sounds The clean channel is crystal clear but also cable of a warm jazzy sound as well as a touch of crunch. It has its own volume and tone controls. As you'd expect, the overdrive channel gives you versatile sounds that are perfect for heavier styles of music and blistering solos. The overdrive channel has its own controls for gain and volume. You can easily switch between channels while playing by using the included FS-4 footswitch. 

The overall tone can be adjusted with the 3-band EQ and there are knobs for the master volume and digital reverb too. It's also possible to change the amp's character for a British or an American sound and everything in between using Blackstar's unique ISF (Infinite Shape Feature) control. Inputs and outputs On the back of the HT Studio 20 you'll find an input for the footswitch and three speaker outputs. That means you can easily connect an optional speaker cabinet in addition to the built-in 12-inch Celestion speaker for an even bigger sound. The internal speaker can also be disconnected so that you can use two external speaker cabinets instead. You can use your favourite effects with this amp too by connecting your devices to the FX loop with +4dBV and -10dBV button. There's also an emulated output that allows you to connect the amp directly to a mixer or recording equipment. All this is wrapped up in stylish housing too!
