1980s Burny SG Standard ´61 Reissue heritage cherry

Very Good condition, 7,5/10, Made in Japan, no case, small plastic spacer above the neck pickup as the 1961 model, nickel hardware, traces from touchup and repair around the neck heel, has been refretted, bound rosewood fingerboard with trapeze inlays, open book headstock with crown inlay, more info: Genuine Japan vintage here. Please do *not* confuse this with the recent Chinese or Korean made Burnys which can't even begin to compare to these early 80's era Japan made gems. By the 80's, Gibson had lost their way and was making SGs that were nothing like the originals. The first '61 reissues didn't come out until 1987, so ironically, this early 1980s Burny is one of the "most vintage" '61 RI's available.
