Smith, more info: One of those most recognizable Stratocasters of all time: this is a 2007 Fender Custom Shop Stevie Ray Vaughan "Lenny" Stratocaster masterbuilt by Jason Smith. Only 185 of the Lenny guitars were produced by various masterbuilders and they replicated every aspect of the guitar. Originally it was a 1965 Stratocaster that was heavily modified and hanging in a pawnshop in Austin. SRV's wife Lenora and a few friends purchased it as a birthday gift and it soon became one of his most beloved guitars. The lore increased from there - the neck was changed to a a Strat neck that was a gift from ZZ Top's Billy Gibbons, and the back of the body was signed by baseball legend Mickey Mantle at a Houston Astros game where SRV played the National Anthem and had Mantle, who was a guest of honor sign the guitar. This guitar is in overall excellent to mint condition with all wear original to how Yuriy intended it to look. The guitar includes the original road case, COA and all case candy.
