Here is a cool looking partscaster with parts from different guitars. We think the body could possibly be a Japanese ST-72 YM Yngwie Malmsteen Signature Stratocaster body (with the signature diamond shaped edge of the body) but we could be wrong, combined with a neck from the late 70´s/early 80´s with a serial number S982614 and the body has 2 stamped dates in the neck pocket (Jun 19 1999 and May 27 1999). The neck has been refinished on the back up to the back of the headstock and has no neck stamp, new nut and refretted with jumbo frets. The neck is made for 3-bolt but the body is 4-bolt so 2 new holes have been drilled in the neck, the neckplate has a CE sticker (MIJ?), the visible dates on the pots are 21st week and 19th week of 2004, the neck and middle pickups are DiMarzio YJM DP217 and the bridge pickup is labeled FHS17 (unknown manufacturer)
