Very Good condition, 7/10, Made in USA, all original parts including the blue Jensen speaker that is dated 220039 (39th week 1960), the power cable has been replaced with a modern 3-prong cable (110V so an adapter is necessary for use in the EU), including original footswitch with holder, missing the G in the logo
