Very Good condition, 7/10, Made in USA by the Valco Manufacturing Co, Chicago 51, Illinois, the power cord has been upgraded to a modern cord, has the Oahu logo in the four-line wave style, 2 inputs (Instrument and Microphone) and Vol/Tone knobs, the serial is CX80162, the speaker is stamped 550-10 and 10 51 7, the transformer is stamped E-2640 and 166 6 40 which would mean 40th week of 1956 (The 166 EIA code is Magnetic Components Co, a division of Marvel Electric and the maker of today's Classic Tone Transformers.)
