Very Good condition, 7,5/10, Made in Japan, including hardcase, this guitar came to us in a modified state with some replaced parts but has the typical markings internally from Tokai and it is what we believe to be the ST-50 model from the Goldstar Sound series but since the pickups have been replaced we are not sure (the ST50 had the VII pickups and the ST60 had the V pickups), here is the lowdown:
the pots and switch could be original but doesn't look like the pictures we have found so not 100% sure, the ground solder joint has been heated, the L-series neck plate with 5 digits is typical from the 60-64 reissue models from Tokai, the decal is aftermarket to fool people it is indeed a Fender guitar, both the pickguard and backplate have different hole patterns underneath so they are most likely new as well, the bridge saddles have the wording Fender Pat Pend so they too have been replaced, one replaced tone knob but the volume and the other tone are typical Japanese 80´s
