1963 Gibson GA25 RTV Hawk (Crestline) Guitar Combo

Very Good condition, 7/10, Made in USA, early version witha 15 inch Jensen speaker, this version was only made in 336 pieces according to the Gibson historians, and the next version had the 2x10 inch speaker configuration, this amp has tremolo and reverb and the original footswitch, 7 tubes (5Y3 Rectifier, 2pc 6V6 power tubes, 4pc 6EU7 and 1pc 12AU7 preamp tube, 15W effect, and as the amp is a 110V version it has been prepared with a strong internally mounted 110/220V transformer so it can easily be used in the EU but also easily converted back, all the transformers are stamped 166, the 166 EIA code is Magnetic Components Co, a division of Marvel Electric and the maker of today's Classic Tone Transformers, and then the date of manufacture which are 27th week of 1961 and 22nd week of 1962 and 35th week of 1963
